Nc V-belt Cutting Machine Developed

The dissertation mainly deals with the research and developing work of numerical control V-belt cutter. Based on the analysis of the technology of V-belt cutting, the frame structure of the system is outlined. Moreover, the principle design theory of the Mechatronics is introduced and some key technology that is applied in the system is also concerned. The whole content includes six chapters and two addenda.In Chapter l,the significance of the numerical control V-belt cutting machine developing is addressed first. Then the twp main kind structure of cutter are discussed.The trend of V-belt cutting technology is expatiated. This paper investigates status in quo and questions about the V-belt equipment of many companies, which produce V-belt in our country. In order to resolve the question that equipment is outdate, the object of this dissertation is outlined and it's contents for each chapter is arranged as well.In Chapter 2, the function needed during each stage of V-belt cutting is discussed. According to the object of the design, a general blue print is proposed.In Chapter 3, according to the general design proposed in the last chapter, a electric control system is designed.In Chapter 4, according to the general design, the mechanical part of the system is issued.In Chapter 5,based on the principle of ergonomics. The application of touch monitor in the control system is introduced.In the last Chapter, the work of this dissertation is summarized and the further work is look forward.
