Study On The Synthesis Of Benzo (thio) Pyran And Quinoline Derivatives

The o-nitropiperonal 1 was treated with piperonal which comes from native product to give the o-aminopiperonal 2. With the sodium ethylate catalyzed, 2 condensed witha -methylene carbonyl compounds and yielded new compounds 3a, 3b, 4. Reaction conditions, such asrcatalyzator, solvent, reaction temperature and time, are discussed. The optimum synthesis schemes are found out. The products are identifiedby UV, IR,1'HNMR, MS and elemental analysis.In this paper, the synthesis has mild conditions and processing ease and high productivity rate, so it is useful to produce and extend new medicine in the industry. It offers the basis of studying and tapping new medicine.
