This thesis investigated the influence of the structure of LHTO on thermalcracking reaction by using elemental analysis,NMR,GPC,Quinoline-lnsolubles analysis and micropolariscope . The shortage of LI-ITO can know in comparision with FCCDO.And the kinetics during thermal cracking process also been discussed. LHTO has a big reaction velocity during the thermal cracking process . The content of aromatics in LHTO is little than that of cycloalkane and alkane.The optical structure of LHTO抯 semi-coke is a mixture of mesophaseballs and elongated domain. The concentration of aromatics increased after the pretreatment of LHTO.And using the pretreatment feedstock in delayed coking unit, a qualified needle coke can be produced. |
