This thesis is purpose to develop a green producing process of iminodiacetic acid , which is based on the catalysis degeneration of DEA. The key of this process is to develop a catalyst used in reaction Upon a lot of literatures and a series of uniform design experiments , an efficient Cu catalyst based on the activated carbon has been developed by impregnation method. The effect of auxiliary elements including Al , Mn and an other element X, has been dicussed . The auxiliary element Mn can promote the yield of IDA, and element X can speed the reaction . The activity and selectivity are good and the yield of IDA is about 90% in experiments which has optimum operation data. |
