Oestrogen have been widly used in treating different kinds of wemen's diseases and as important parts of contraceptives because of their characteristic physiologically activities . Today, most of oestrogen are made from nature steroid resources by chemical and biological processes.On the base of literatures, a reasonable route has been given out in this paper. We have synthesized three estrone derivatives in this way, which includes estrone 3-cyclopentyl ether, 1,3,5,16-estratetraene-3,17 P-diol 17-acetate 3-cyclopentyl ether and 16a,17a -epoxy- 1,3,5-estratriene-3,17 P -diol 17-acetate 3-cyclopentyl ether. The effects of reactive molar ratio, temperature, time and catalyzater on the jield of product in each step were studied and the optimal reactive conditions have been found . Each product have been indentified by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and MS spectra.In addition, we tried to treat ,3,5,16-estratetraene-3,17 3-diol 17-acetate 3-cyclopentyl ether with alkali 30% hydrogen peroxide and found out it was hydrolysised instead of being epoxidized in the end.
