In this paper, the high temperature low cycle tests are carried on to the four kinds of cylindrical notched specimens made of commonmaterial 2-Cr1M0 in many engineering equipments. The stressand strain fields of the specimens under the multiaxial stress state have been calculated out with Finite Element analysis software. Yet the dangerous points and the range of equivalent strain have been worked out by the equivalent strain theory, the effort has been made to appraise fatigue life depending on the criterion of equivalent strain, equivalent plastic strain energy and equivalent gross strain energy. Here gets the results: The criterions of the range of equivalent strain, equivalent plastic strain energy and equivalent gross strain energy can be applied to the high temperature low cycle fatigue life prediction, and it has its own theoretical and experimental foundations, but further investigation is needed.
