Based on the application of damaged aluminum alloy plate rapid repairing, this dissertation mainly discussed the key technology of composite co-curing in rapid repairing. Attentions were given to the following items: (l)the surface treatment of aluminum alloy in the field, and the transformation of the surface had been studied by means of XPS and IR in detail; (2)the choice and modification of adhesives to improve the sticky strength and lower the curing time; (3)the optimum design method by ANSYS is adopted to simulate the center holed aluminum alloy plates, according to which one investigated the effects of different diameters of the hole on peripheral Stress Concentration Factor(SCF), thus the optimum design parameters and the evaluation damage were finally achieved; (4)based on finite element analysis, the application of the co-curing of T300/E-51 patch with adhesive was systemly studied, in which the effect of the patch dimension on the repairing results was focused on.The results indicate that, after acid unguent oxidize and coupling surface treatment, the power between adhesive and aluminum alloy plate is effectively toughened.Mixed with KH-550 as coupling agent, the pressure shear strength of the adhesive SY-23B is promoted. And the oxalic acid dehydrate may shorten the curing time of the adhesive, while the adhesive strength of that is remained unchanged.Finite element analysis shows that, SCF of aluminum alloy plates is principally influenced by the hole's diameter and plate's width. With a certain width, the center holed aluminum alloy plates' SCF decreased with the diminution of the diameter, and a certain SCF is finally achieved.Reference to the finite element design, the stiffness and loading of the repairing aluminum alloy plate, which is repaired by the composite with the modified adhesive co-curing, can be restored to nearly 90% compared with that of the unscathed plate. That is adequate for the resuming of armament equipment by the international repair criterion.
