In this paper,the Mechanical Alloy Technology (MA) was adopted. Through the designing and optimizing of the MA technology and liquid phase sinter technology,the new electrician alloy-Mo-Cu was made.The process of the high energy ball milling,the process of the flan press and the process of the liquid phase sinter was studied. And the influence of those processes to the property of the Mo-Cu alloy was concluded.It was found that the Mo-Cu compound powder after high energy ball milling was in a inequilibrium energy storage state. The X-Ray diffraction analysis of the compound powder showed that the value of the diffraction peak reduced,the breadth of the diffraction peak broadened. There was incrystallizing to a certainty degree of the compound powder. The DTA showed there was large amount additional energy deposited in the compound powder. By calculation,the 4-hour milled powder stored 28. 1% of phase transformation energy of Cu,and the 8-hour milled powder stored 31.4%.The relative density of the powder flan was well controlled by design of the press process. The property of the flan was good.The process of the liquid phase sinter was studied,the study showed that the Mo-Cu sinter could gain 95%-97% relative density when the relative density of the flan was 70%-80%,the sinter temperature was 1100 - 1200,the sinter time was 80min-100min and the sinter atmosphere was hydrogen.The density of the Mo-Cu sinter was measured. The result of the measure showed that the liquid phase sintered Mo-Cu alloy gained 95-97% relative density. The densified process was well carried out.The influence of the activation Ni NH4C1 to the Mo-Cu sinter wasstudied. The result showed that the Ni NH4Cl enhanced the sinter progress and heighten the density of the Mo-Cu alloy. There was 0. 5-1. 5 percent additional between the Mo-Cu sinter with Ni NH4Cl activator and the Mo-Cu sinter without N NH4Cl activator,and the Ni activator had the better influence than the NH1.At last,the densified mechanism was studied. The study showed that the densified process should be divide into two stages-solid phase sinter stage and liquid phase sinter stage. In the different stage,the Mo-Cu sinter flan behaved different densified mechanism.
