Adapt To The New Standard For Shaft Kiln Best Formula

In order to find out the appropriate mineal component that can be fit for burning in shaft kiln and have three moduli of the higher ISO strength, an industry experiment was done. It included adjustment of ratio between raw material and fuel, grinding raw meal in raw mill (OK 12-2) , burning in shaft kiln (2.8 x 10m) , chemical analysis and physical strength test of clinker. The effect of tricalcium silicate(C3S), tricalcium aluminate (CsA) and silicate mineal on ISO strength was discussed in detail. The experimental results on the basis of productive practice clearly showed the element and extent influcened on clinker ISO strength. Finally , the practical way to increase clinker strength in shaft kiln was determined.
