| Our country is abundant in natural gas resource and has large consumption potential about it, but existing gaseous or liquid transportation and storage means are limited by geographical conditions in different degrees, so the market of the natural gas takes on territorial diversities; at the same time, the progressively consumption of natural gas urges us to empolder a new and efficient way to transport and store it to meet the request of the multitudinous consumers. The thesis is try to research on a new way which transported and stored natural gas by it's solid form. It designed a production technics flow of natural gas hydrates by utilized its stability and security under the specially designated condition, and it aims to transform natural gas which came from gas field to concentrated gas hydrates straightway for its further transportation and storage, and endeavor to enhance the efficiency of it.The thesis started with the microstructure of hydrates, discussed three basal structures of them, including the special buildup of each of them and for different original gases, they will come into being hydrates in what proportion of water; sumerized typical physical chemistry properties of hydrates for its technical instructional function about further research on the technical feasibility of transportation and storage natural gas by hydrates and the design of production flow of hydrates. About the feasibility research of transportation and storage natural gas by hydrates, on the aspect of technic, demonstrated the heat exchange properties and production difficulty of hydrates, the production situation of some gas field in our country and the security of made-up hydrates etc.; on the aspect of economy, gained the economic transportation distance range of natural gas hydrates by contrasted the cost relations between transportation ways and transportation distance of pipeline transportation > liquefied natural gas transportation> synthetical crude oil transportation and hydrate transportation. Studied thermodynamics and dynamics of hydrates in order to search for further theoretics foundation about how to produce natural gas hydrates. The thesis summed up almost all domestic and overseas thermodynamics models of hydrates and analylized parameters of these models, searched those who has great influence on the production of hydrates, so we can design the technical flow with pertinence and control the reaction going in good conditions. Selected the type of the equipments of the flow or designed their structure, explained corresponding reasons. The main parameters of these equipments be expressed by algebraic formula, and as long as we given out corresponding original data according to the trait of the gas field, then we can gain the functional parameters of these equipments. |
