Oxygen is a kind of hard to dissoled gas, it's solubility in the pure water is 8mg/L under the normal condition, and in the fermentation liquid with organic substance and saccharide, it's solubility is only 0.2x103mol/L under the normal conditon, for that reason, oxygen supply has already been a problem on those fermentation process, such as high density culture of single cell protein; as we all know, animal's cell is highly sensitive to the power of cutting for it has no cell wall; furthermore, the biology characteristic of fermentation liquid is a kind of non Newton. So, a reversed jet loop bioreactor with low ratio of height to diameter is designed in this article, there are two kinds of circulation methods exist at the same time in order to strengthen the oxygen supply, on the other hand, the method of Na2SO3 oxidation is adopt to measure KLa of the liquid, and the structure size of the flow guiding canister is being optimized, the oxygen supply effect of the reactor achieves the one of churning reactor under the magnetic force at 900rpm; also, in this reactor, the damnification from the power of cutting is highly reduced for the liquid circulation in place of the churn dasher; what's more, a liquid of CMC is also adopt to simulate the non Newton state of fermentation liquid in the article, and the influce degree of DE,LE,wc% is being studied considering the evaluation index of KLa with the result of the outmost of those three factor.
