The sugar L-rhamnose is a kind of fine chemical. It is often used to product the intermediate of Pharmaceuticals, plant protection agents and sweetness in scientific and industrial settings. This paper aims to the separation technichs of sugar L-rhamnose. In other words, to get the sugar L-rhamnose after a series process: centrifugation, hydrolysis, ion-exchanged, decolour, crystallization, and dryness.A specific, simple and low interference spectrophotometric micromethod for the determination of methylpentose was established. The reaction conditions were optimized by the orthogonal design of experiments, practicability was improved by widening the proportional range. This paper discussed how to get rid of the impurity of the fermentation by centrifugation. Especially the effect of speed and the value of PH are considered. The fermentation centrifuged will be hydrolyzed. In order to improve the rate of hydrolyzation , 4 factor such as rhamnolipids concentration, pH value, hydrolization time and temperature are discussed. The experiments of desaltation by ion-exchanged are put on, and it is also the emphasis of this paper. Both the static state way and kinetic state way in desalation are considered. What's more, six different resins arefiltrated, among them two are chosen to carry through the 2-column experiments and get a good result. The sugar L-rhamnose after the desaltation will be decoloured by active carbon then be condensed to crystallization. The paper briefly explained the conditions that affect the crystallization. At last the thesis is summarized and the planning aspects are also discussed.
