| Organosilicon was a kind of late-model material with excellent function. It's now applied to every walk of life widely. The catalytic hydrosilylation was one of the most common and important method for synthesis of organosilicon monomers. It has been applied to produce the silicon with vinyl in industry overseas, but in our country, there's only one or two small factory using catalytic hydrosilylation to synthesize methylvinyl-dichlorosilane, and there's no factory that produce vinyltri-chlorosilane in this way.This dissertation presented the synthesis of vinlytricholoro-silane by tricholorosilane and acetylene. The influence of reaction conditions such as temperature, solvent, mode of feeding and concentration of catalyst were studied. And the optimum conditions for synthesizing vinlytricholorosilane were established. And we find it's not true that the catalytic hydrosilylation of acetylene and tricholorosilane was better than it of acetylene and methydichlorosilane in conversion or selectivity reported in many papers. So we compared with the synthesis reaction conditions of them. And analyzed the reasons of difference at molecule structure level.A technology of yielding 50 tons vinyltrichlorosilane a year from the liquid-gas-phase hydrosilylation of acetylene and trichlorosilane had been designed, and if the technology is applied ,comparing with the old thermal condensation technology being widely used in our country , the new technology could drastically reduce the consumption of energy, greatly reduce theenvironmental pollution, reduce the production cost, and improve the product 's competition in market. |
