Plan & Simulation of Arc Weld Robot based on Bodywork and Barbette is a system built up on the client/server structure, which is comprised of robot plan and simulation, CAPP and the second develop of AutoCAD. A strong and reasonable system structure has been set up through adopting the object-orient measure for system development. The tools include Visual C++, OpenGL and Object ARX.Microsoft SQL Server is used as the database of weld process data. A reasoning mechanism is set up by the knowledge of expert, which can improve intelligence. This paper also research the robot simulation based on the kinematics equation.Welding experiments at various positions included in this paper supply data for the reasoning mechanism. |
