Through a lot of experiments of EDMMILL machining the material that is difficult to machine, the paper researched the peculiarity of EDMILL, using mathematical statistics. The paper checked up the effect notability of pulse width, pulse interval, peak current, electrode speed in axis, frequency of elevating electrode, loop voltages electrode rotary speed, way and pressure of rushing oil to EDMMILL machining, and based on this condition delved the machining mechanism of EDMMILL. The paper expounded optimized configuration project of all parameters, researched the feasibility of using EDMMILL to machine the material difficult to machine, and the paper used this way to machine TC4 in some research.In order to make out the machining mechanism of EDMMILL, the paper established the artificial neural network model of ESMMILL, and developed the computer simulation system of EDMMILL based on the model. The simulation system can not only create machining model based on different tables of machining parameter, but also simulate craft effect in terms of different parameters configuration, it can optimized parameters based on the assigned machining condition. In addition, the system can draw the relevance picture of experiment data, and make variance analysis and verification of notability of these data. The precision of simulation is about 10%, so it can be used in research.
