NdFeB alloy, the third generation of permanent magnetic material, is getting more and more attention for its excellent mechanical and magnetic performent, such as low energy wearing, low density,high mchanical intensity and low magnetic energy wastage. But it is prone to be oxided or be corred at the common enviroment,which result in the reduction of the performence of NdFeB alloy.This has been becoming the obstruction of enlarging its usage.Based on the thorough comprehension and reseach of its corrosion,this thesis adopts the modifying technology of meltal-solidification and meltal-coating by laser on NdFeB alloy surface.By coating a layer of alloy,which is easy to form the non-crystal on the cheap NdFeB alloy, then heating up and cooling down quikly, the non-crystal whose anti-corrosion and magnetic performence is very excellent can be obtained, the existing problem is solved.On the basis of analysis and discussion about the design principle,ingredient, aggradation means of coating of NdFeB alloy and its composing condition and feasibility,the technologic direction of non-crystallization by laser is pointed out to modify the characteristics of NdFeB alloy surface.According to the quickly solidifying theory and the characteristics of NdFeB alloy itself, Bying controling the paraments of laser disposition,and correcting them in these experiments,the results show that nm-crystal and non-crystal whose grain is very small are obtained on the surface of NdFeB alloy.The electronic-chemical testing results tell that comparing to those undisposed samples of the anti-corrosion performent of NdFeB alloy is enhanced in some degree.This thesis not only solves these problem,but also discusses the influence of the tiny cracks which are produced in the coursing of qiukly solidification, some suggestions are also given to eliminate them.
