In this paper the method of transient temperature reconstruction is studied based on spectrometry data and computer tomography. Results are listed as following:1. Establish a spectroscopic measurement of temperature model, derive radiation transport equation and realize real time temperature computation of the measured point. Spectroscopic measurement of temperature has many advantages, such as measuring temperature by optical information without ?intrusion to temperature field. It can measure transient temperature such as unsteady state combustion, blast.2. Based on spectroscopic measurement of temperature technique and by using part of known spectrometry data, introduce computer tomography to reconstruct the whole temperature field and make up the disadvantage of spectroscopic measurement of temperature that can only get temperature of measured point.3. Based on the spectrometry data measured by modified natrium spectrum reversal method, reconstruct temperature distribution of steady flame of a candle and the muzzle flow of blank cartridge of 7. 62 mm rifle by computer tomography and satisfying results are achieved.4. Develop software that has modules of spectroscopic measurement of temperature, reconstruction of temperature distribution using computer tomography, process of result and displayment of temperature field.
