This paper introduces the Distribute Control System with the Artificial Neutral Network intelligence technology to the spot-welding control fields at the first time in order to keep up with the advanced spot welding control technology .At present,spot-welding control appliance can only complete simple control,in order to intent the necessary of high quantity and high standard for welding products, we design spot-welding control appliances with process controlling,manage data and quality supervise and measure.In this thesis, the communication hardware,software and system software running in the top computer are designed and lucubrated. In the communication software circuit designing,The paper carried out the alternate for signal electrifying level between computer and microchip controller,at the same time,lengthen the distance for trammitting data by expanging RS-232 to RS-485 system bus.during the designing of computer system software ,the paper applied a multiple thread to program.By establishing communication supervising thread to control comm.,therefore rapid the real time;besides this,the paper make the Artificial Neutral Network function DLL technology to procast in line,it is efficiently to solves the problem check the welding spot quality but not to damage the product in welding field;By establishing the Artificial Neutral Network parameter picking function,system can give a group of best parameter base on weld material and thickness, at the same time system also can save the measure parameters and the results of the welding spots.Object Oriented Programming method supported upon VC++ is made in the process of design system software,the software has some characteristics of clear surface ,facility operation and running steadily.Finally,the paper analysis the results of system debug.Results show that data is transmitted correctly and data being saved as for request.
