Through the comparison and balance of the treatment effects and economic rationality, the thesis put forward a series of treatment techniques of anaerobic digestion-ANAMMOX (Anaerobic Ammonium Oxidation) -SBR, with consideration of the the high concentration of organic substance , ammonia nitrogen and malodor characteristic of swine wastewater. By amounts of tests, the research adopted the operating condition of the anaerobic digestion; ANAMMOX and SBR process treating the swine manure wastewater. The results from the experiments indicated that: when the volumetric loading rate is 0.6 kgCODcr/m3 d, HRT is 72 hours and the temprature is about 30℃,anaerobic digestion can eliminate 75%~80% CODcr of the swine manure wastewater. After anaerobic digestion, the change of NH3-N concentration is not very clear. When the temprature is 30℃,and the pH of the wasterwater in the ANAMMOX reactor is between 7 and 8, ANAMMOX can eliminate about 20% NH3-N and CODcr. Although the elimination is not abvious, the main function of ANAMMOX is to alleviate the shock of high NH3-N concentration to the SBR reactor. After the short-cut nitrification-denitrification-nitrification in SBR reactor, the concentration of CODc, in the effluent of SBR is 300~350mg/L, and the concentration of NH3-N is under 80 mg/L. The effluent reaches the discharge standard of pollutants for livestock and poultry breeding, and it can be discharged.
