There are two main parts in this article.(1)Al-Ferron timed complex colorimetric method is used to study on the effect of the speciation characteristics when solid polyaluminum chloride(PAC) is dissolved in magnetized water and the change of the speciation characteristics when liquid polyaluminum chloride is magnetized. The results show that when solid polyaluminum chloride is dissolved in magnetized water, the concentration of Alb is improved 6.48 percent. For the magnetized PAC, the concentration of Alb is 6 percent higher than that of the PAC. At the same time, the stable, reproducibility and the flocculation characteristics are studied by jar test. The result shows that magnetization can affect the speciation characteristics of PAC and improve the flocculate efficiency.(2)Under certain temperature, pressure and high shear mixing, polyacrylamide(PAM) is added into PAC. Through polymetric and ageing reactions, the poly inorganic-organic flocculant is product by polymetric and ageing ,and optimum reaction conditions is screened. The flocculate efficiency of this poly-flocculant is better than PAC. At the meantime, the reproducibility of this poly flocculant is good. Under the same condition, PAM is added into magnetized polyaluminum chloride, and the poly magnetized organic-PAC flocculant is producted. The flocculate efficiency of this poly-flocculant is good and it has good emulsion-breaking characteristic.
