In recent years rapid development of energy has been witnessed in China. One of the urgent issues we are confronted with is saving energy. So does paper making industry in which a great lot of steam is consumed to dry the paper. At present multi-stage steam & heat supplying system is widely used paper making industry. There are some difficulties in regulating the steam wastage and steam pressure. More seriously, in some cases, the condensate in dryer cylinder could not be removed smoothly.For solving problems existed in traditional heat supplying system of dryer section, steam ejectors are installed in the system. This paper brings forward two reconstructive schemes, one is open-cycle and another is closed-cycle. The computing model is set up to compute the steam performance of dryer section. And according to it, the steam wastage of traditional heat supplying system and that of the system-driven by ejector heat pump is compared and analyzed using the program of Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0.At the same time the paper analyses the dryer distribution in dryer section of multi-stage heating system and relevant influence in the steam wastage and the finished paper qualities. The optimized equation and optimized condition are presented. The optimization of dryers distribution are finished with Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 and its influence on steam consumption are compared with traditional system.
