In this paper, the nano-HAP was prepared by water-heated and multi-decomposed means seperately.It showed through study that when Ca(NO3). 4H2o and (NH4)3PO4 was taken as the resoures, easy multi-decomposed means taken the equally-distributed nano-HAP could be made successfully at 90 C and 8h deposition.We studied deeply its structure and shape. The crystal compose, granularity, shape and chemical constitute was analysed through XRD and TEM. The effect of all kinds of factors on the product in the synthesized course was discussed.TEM showed that the crystals were equal on sizes,which average diameter was 20nm and length was 100nm.XRD showed that the peak of product was sharp and clear which corresponded with JCPDS. This proved it was HAP as a good crystal. The average size of diameter was 20nm which was consistent with the result of SEM. Through comparison, the nano- HAP made by us was better than those reported before from many sides.The effect of reaction factors on nano-HAP was studied through great number of lab works.It showed that temperature and ph were the key factors.PH beyond 10 was the key of nano-HAP product.It was good for nano-HAP to raise the temperature and with the up temperature the outcome shape changed from ball tostick and needle.By comparation, the nano-HAPs we made were better than those reported before on crystaldegreeand shape and sizes ,which were closer to the natural bone.It was believed to have a much wider prospect and more application values.Based on CS, added the nano-HAP the CS/HAP composite as fixed material in the bone-fracture was produced by in situ -deposited means. The constitute, mechanics capability shape and constitute was analysed throughXRD SEM and mechanics- tested instrument . The effect of nano-HAP on the product in the synthesized course was discussed.XRD showed the components and crystal constructure of nano-HAP keep the same in CS/ nano-HAP, which made the compound alive too.SEM showed nano-HAP was equally distributed in CS with the same shape.The compound had a closer combination and a smaller crack than before .It was a greater improvement than the before research work.The mechanical property except bending modulus were decreased with nano-HAP added to CS but was higher many times than the natural bones and those reported before.This was very important for making up the disadvantages of bone materials,It would expand the application of the man-made bones and have a broader prospects.
