| Welding production quota is one of main constituents when welding production enterprises make scientific and standard management. Its formulation is also one of basic jobs of production management for modern enterprises. The traditional method on formulating production quota by manual is time-consuming and inefficient, which can not meet the needs of variety of welding products and the rapid development of welding technology. In order to improve the economic profit and competition in the market, it is necessary and practical to make a research on the computer aided formulating system of welding production quota, and analysis its constituents and relevant factors, the better make use of soft and hard-ware technology to develop the computer-aided formulating system software for welding production quota.Firstly, the paper makes a theoretical analysis on the basic constituents of welding work-hours quota and welding material consuming quota. Based on the analysis, a great deal of relevant knowledge, data and experience are collected, then all of them are conceptualized, systemarized and sammerized. As a result, some mathematical models and expressions are built up to solve the problem of formulating quota. Secondly, the auther defines the inference principle on formulating work-hours and material consuming quota for manual arc welding or submerged arc welding, the control strategy and structural technology by means of the ideological method of expert system. Then the author builds the archetypal research system model to solve the problem of welding production quota.Finally, the paper describes the archetypal research system model with the method suitable to be processed by the computer, which is also extended to specific soft and hard wares. Thus a system under Windows bymeans of VB programming language and database technology is developed. Through field test, the paper concludes that the system is in total conformance with the design aim and production demands, and calculated result is proved to be practical in engineering. |
