Continuous Extrusion Forming is a new technology to produce the ultra long wires, tubes and shapes, It have gotten great progress in the aspect of project practice and theoretical research, Through the domestic and international experts' unceasing research , This kind of technology has been used widely in producing aluminum, aluminum alloy and particulates into products, But since the particularity with deformed course,the the research of its metal deformed behavior as well as the study to plasticity deformation mechanics, is still in elementary stage.Continuous Extrusion Forming compared with normally extrusion technology, it's most outstanding characteristic is to change friction force from resistance for driving force. Domestic scholars have gone on two dimension levels to simulate, and have reached some important conclusions, but in the course of CONFORM continuous extrusion the deformed body, between the body and the walls of the extrusion wheel groove existent Three-dimensional friction role, because two-dimensional numeric simulate have neglected the friction role of two wheel groove sidewalls so it can't reflect actual metal deformed behavior. Therefore, this paper applies MSC.SuperForm FEM software to simulate 3D continuous extrusion' initial stage.This thesis applying SuperForm software constructed geometry model on the base of the extruding in practice, and established analysis model first application the hexahedron elements of higher precision, researched the width of extrusion die mouth, rotate speed of the wheel, friction coefficient and leak gap which influence on the metal deformation. Have gotten the 3D stress, strain and velocity distribution of arbitrary step in continuous extrusion course.The simulate result confirmed that continuous extrusion process combines conventional extrusion in the place of leak and side direction in the place of die mouth; proved also that the intense internal Shear Band-IISB and leak gap affect the metal deformational behavior, enlarge obviously plastic deformation district in certain scope, Reduce the width of extrusion die mouth properly to be helpful for metal homogeneous deformation, and have gotten the conclusion which haveguidance role for the CONFORM continuous extrusion to forecasttechnology defect.This paper revealed the metal deformation behavior of initial extruding stage during CONFORM process, which have certain guidance role for CONFORM project practice. This has important meaning for studying further metal deformation behavior of CONCLAD which is developed on the basis of continuous extrusion. With the development and mature day by day of finite element technology, its application prospect in plasticity processing will be more considerable.
