Lignite And Two-step Method Of Biomass Pyrolysis Exploratory Pilot Study,

In this thesis, the author summarized the general situation of development and appliance, advantages and disadvantages about Zhaotong's brow coal and biomass, and combining the many scientific research about other researcher, put forward that it is one groping approach to apply biomass' pyrolysis in the lignites of Zhaotong's pyrolysis.The auther studied the Zhaotong's brown coal'pyrolysis in the fixed-bed furnace for pyrolysis, many factors which can affect the pyrolytic results were analyzed, such as the reat of the heat, pyrolysis temperature, pyrolysis time . And we can know the difference of prominence about effects of factors were found by analysis. For example if there is bigger of the rate of heat, and there is the better the effect of pyrolysis for lignites. The high end temperature and little pyrolysis time is better. After many experiment, we can conclude that the best voltage is 220V, the best rate of heat is 20C /min , the pyrolysis time is 60min and the end temperature is 550C. If we select different voltage, that the end temperature and pyrolysis time will change. We conclude that there is four stages in the course of coal's pyrolysis.We do some experiments about biomass pyrolysis in the same furnace and study the effect of the end temperature, the pyrolysis time, the rate of heat for biomass. The same conclude for biomass there is four stages in the course of biomass's pyrolysis.By study the physical mixture of Zhaotong's brow coal and biomass's pyrolysis in fixed-bed, we know that the biomass's pyrolysis can't affect and accelerate Zhaotong's brown coal. Because the temperature of biomass and coal'pyrolysis is different.If we pyrolysis brown coal and biomass in furnace in different time, we analysis there conditions. We can find the effect of coal's pyrolysis is better if we brown coal's pyrolysis come in the atmosphere of biomass'pyrolysis. This indicate that the biomass's pyrolysis accelerate coal's pyrolysis. We hope that the gas of biomass's pyrolysis can replace the expensive pure hydrogen.
