The research purpose of this paper is improvement copper-based powder metallurgical pantograph sliding plate deliver the performances such as density, electrical conductivity and surface hardness, and eventually improve its abrasiveness can. Through the wear mechanism analysis for copper-based powder metallurgical pantograph sliding plate, from the material composition design of pantograph sliding plate, start with , and redesign the composition composition of the material of pantograph sliding plate including matrix composition, lubrication composition and reinforced composition.This paper adopting " orthogonality experiment method " is major composition optimization method, and reach the copper based composition scope of the better powder metallurgical material of pantograph sliding plate.
