Cu-Ag , Cu -Zr and Cu-Ag-Zr alloys were prepared by median frequency smelting -iron mould casting -hot rolling -cold rolling. Using orthogonal experiment , hardness measurement , tensile test , electrical resistance test , thermal conductivity test , optical microscopy , XRD , SEM , and TEM , the mechanical, electric and thermal properties and the microstructure of above alloys at different treatment were studied. Them were also analysed and explained in theory. The results show that:The first, the best heat treatment of Cu-Ag alloy is solution treatment (940℃/40min)-quench -aging (500 ℃/10h) , its mechanical and electrical performance can reach b=276MPa, 0.2=123MPa, 5=45.6% r=91.1%IACS;The second, the best heat treatment of Cu-Zr alloy is solution treatment (960℃/60min)-quench -aging (500℃/10h) , its mechanical and electrical performance can reach b=274MPa, 02=110MPa, 5=31.1%, r=85.4%IACS;The third, the best heat treatment of Cu-Ag-Zr alloy is solution treatment (940℃ /60min)-quench-aging (475℃/8h), its mechanical performance can reach b=309MPa, 0.2=194MPa, the elongation , electrical and thermal performance can still remain 5=26.8%, r=85.3%IACS,K=330 Wm-1k-1;Finally, from these results we can learn that Cu-Ag-Zr alloy is the excellent alloy with good strength , electric and thermal properties. Its high strength comes from solution strength, precipitation strength and grain refinement strength; because Ag and Zr don't reduce the electric and thermal properties of copper alloy, and them will precipitate from matrix in ageing treatment.
