With the development of technology and civilization, the drug delivery system has become the important subject. Liposome and solid lipid nanoparticles are the new milliparticle drug delivery system in recent years. The polyoxometalates(POMs)-liposome and the POMs-solid lipid nanoparticles(SLN) complexes were synthesized and their activities were characterized. The antitumoral activities of the nano-complexes were investigated. The main results are obtained as follow:1. Synthesis and characterization of the CoW11CpTi -liposome using the technology of liposomal drug delivery sysytem. The shape, size-distribution, encapsulate ratio of the liposome and the content of the drug in the complex had been investigated. The activity assay shows that the CoW11CpTi nanosized-liposome has the antitumoral activity on SSMC-7721 cells in vitro.2. The CoW11CpTi stearic acid nanoparticles had been prepared using the modern pharmaceutical technique-solid lipid nanoparticles for the first time. The shape, size-distribution, encapsulate ratio of the liposome, the content of the drug in the complex and the in vitro release had been investigated. The experimental results show that the antitumoral activity of CoW11CpTi stearic acid nanoparticles are higher than that of CoW11CpTi-liposome.3. The α-(CpTi)3SiW9,β-(CpTi)3SiW9 and (CpTi)2SiW10-SLN had been prepared using the modern pharmaceutical technique-solid lipid nanoparticles for the first time. The shape, size-distribution, encapsulate ratio of the complexes, the content of the drug in the complex and the in vitro release had been investigated. These complexes exhibit the high antitumoral activity on SSMC-7721 cells in vitro.
