Preparation Process And Quality Standards Of The Effort Rather Dropping Pills Research

This dissertation is the mainly part of "The researching of new drug from Xinxuening pill" . In the course of study , according to the technical claim of examination and approval method of new drug which was issued by State Drug Demonstration .extraction , purification , dosage form and quality standard was studied in order.Studies of extract technology : According to the effect of prescription and character of component, Using L9 (34) orthogonal test to select the best process of extraction of the total flavonoids in Radix puerariae and Fructus crataegi ,determined by UV spectrophotometry .To investigate the technique of purifuing the total flavonoids of Radix puerariae and Fructus crataegi, by macroreticular adsorption resin Dmi.The preparation conditions, such as the different kinds of primary substance, cooling agent, the proportion between the extracts and primary substance etc. were studied to establish the optimum preparation process for "Xinxuening Dropping Pills" .In short, studies result show: it can be certificated that technique of the new drug is stable, quality standard is controllable.
