Paint Curing Equipment To Improve The Design

This article makes a detailed description on the improved design of the key equipment-curing oven in the coating production line. Firstly, we put forward our own improved consideration on the chamber structure, the selection of the thermal-isolation material and the thickness of thermal- isolation plate. Furthermore, we have the deduction and description on the calculation of different kinds of structure parameters of curing equipment, and the calculation method of chamber internal heat loss based on the improved consideration.Secondly, we make the elaboration on the improved design and consummation of structure selection of the usual heat-exchanger of curing equipment, the heat calculation of fuel burning, the factor which influense the efficiency of heat-exchanger and the channel to improve the burning efficiency and etc., through calculation we make the elaboration on the designing method of the improved heat-exchanger.Finally, we make the elaboration on the hot air circulation principle of hot air circulation system which consists of key components in the curing equipment which can influense the surface film quality of the work piece, and the improvement of temperature even, and we summarize the design principle and the parameter calculation method of the section-variable air sending pipes through formula deduction.
