Experiments about variation of water and sediment factors of successive culture and bioremediation in pollution-control of culture pond were conducted in land-based enclosed. Microbia products, benthic filter-feeding bivalves and seaweed were compared in controlling the pollution of culture pond. The result showed that:1 Variation of factors of water and sediment in maricultureWith time going on, NHs+-N in water accumulated significantly in the course of aquculture. The velocity of deposition (Vd ) of NH3+-N is 0.037mg.L^.d"1, TN accumulated significantly as NfV-N. Vd of TN in sediment was 0.016 mg.g-1.d"1. IP and TP in water accumulated insignificantly, TP in sediment was a gradual coursing of accumulation, Vd of TP was 0.0032mg.g-1.d-1. The EH decrease gradually in the course of prophase of aquculture, the velocity(V) was 2mv.d-1 and the oxidation increased because of aeration in the late stages of culture. The nutrient changed at the same way in the course of first and second crop culture but the concentration of the nutrient of second crop was higher than that in the first crop.2 The study of microbia products in pollution control of aqucultureMicrobia products(MP) could control the formulation of NH3+-N, the Vd of NH3+-N was 0.0032mg.L-1.d-1 ,the Vd of all treatments was lower than that of the control. When the MP was more than 6mg/L, the concentration of NH3+-N in treatments was lower than that in the control significantly and the Va of TN in sediment was 50%~60% lower than the control. The survive rate of treatments was 20%~50% higher than control. MP could control the microalgae in the water but had no significant effect on S2" and the growth of shrimp.3 The discussion of filter-feeding bivalves(FFB) in pollution control of aqucultureWhen the density of ruditapes philippinarum was 100g/m2 in the treatmenst, the concentration of NHs+-N. NO.2% TN in water was the lowest and the survive rate of shrimp and ruditapes philippinarum was the highest, but the difference was insignificant. At the same time, microalgae was stable and the Vd of TN-. TP waslower than other treatments and the control. When the density of ruditapes philippinarum was 150g/m2 in the treatments, concentration of NH3+-N was hightest and the Vd of TN in sediment was 27% higher than the control. The survive rate of ruditapes philipp -inarum and CHL.a was lower than the control and other treatments. Excessive filter-feeding bivalves would accelerate the self-pollution of the culture pond.4 The study ofgracilaria tenuistip in pollution control of aqucultureThe gracilaria tenuistip died after 28 days in the pond because it didn't adapt to the environment of culture pond . It was influenced by the microalga, temperature and salinity. The gracilaria tenuistip had some effect on the pollution control.5 microbia products filter-feeding bivalve?large-sized seaweed composite treatment system( CTS)The feasibility and the advantages of microbia products filter-feeding bivalves large-sized seaweed CTS in theory was discussed...
