Carbon fiber reinforced cement matrix is investigated in this paper. Carbon fiber is a kind of material with the merit of resisting fire, acid, alkali and erosive. In order to ameliorative some weakness of cement based material (such as low anti-pull strength, high brittleness, bad resisting of causticity of bar ),we apply the carbon fiber to the architecture realm. Carbon fiber have a series of excellent performance, such as high ratio strength, high ratio mold, bear the heat, bear to decay, bear tired, conduct electricity, transmit heat and small hot coefficient of expansion. It can be used not only as constructive material to load carry, but also as function material to produce good result. Therefore it develops very quickly in recent years, and has been widely used in numerous realm, such as in the aviation, automobile, environment engineering, chemical engineering, energy, transportation, building, electronics, exercise machine...etc. So it is called as new material of twenty-one century.Carbon fiber is an inorganic material, cement is also an inorganic material, After the hydraulic of the cement ,there will be a lot of Ca2+,then the cement require the carbon fiber has surface organic -COOH increasing, for this reason we do the deep and system research, and through the experiment, and verify at what circumstance the best state of combine will appear. We use the handle method of carbon fiber surface with HNO3, In order to improve the function of carbon fiber reinforced cement matrix material, dealing with the carbon fiber is important.the result of dealing is -COOH increasing ,and the surface is better.Make the surface organic -COOH of the carbon fiber which can combine with cement easily increase, then the combination would be better.
