The treatment of the micro-cell for dying and printing waste -water has been studied in this project. The main contents of this project conclude the follows aspects: (1)The influence fact -ors of the treatment. (2) The research of the best percentages of every material of the technology . (3) The catalyst using to the treatment has been studied in this article. (4)Research the ability of the best method. (5) The mechanism of the treatment has been analysed in the article. In the lab experiments, purification efficiency of different micro-cell systems such as iron-active carbon, iron-flyash, iron -brown coal had been investigated and compared for the treatment of the dying and printing wastewater. The influence of the activity and the sorts of fly ash in the treatment has been studied in the project. The catalyst and its dosages using to the treatment was studied in the lab experiments. The dosages of iron using to the treatment has been studied. Among these, the dustfall was confirmed the best treated-medium and the system of micro-cell process composed of iron ash, catalyst and activated dustfall method was determined the best method.Using the best method can make the COD concentration in the out-let water reduce to 4. 9mg/L, which accord with the first level of China National Discharge Standard of Sewage (GB8978-1996) (The removal efficiency of COD was 99.84%, pH was 6, decolourisation efficiency was 99. 72%). The average removal efficiency of COD was 95. 66%, The average decolourisation efficiency was 96. 62%, pH was 6.It is cheap to use the system of micro-cell process composed of iron ash, catalyst and activated dustfall for the treatment of the dying and printing wastewater. The method belong to "green environmental protection method" . The results of this projectwill have a high generalized and applied value.
