On the basis of the many experiments and concerned of the special property of the Hippiphae Rimniodesc mixture, the HR mixture microcapsule was manufactured through suspensoid cross-link method .The experiment technology factors which coated HR mixture were on the whole determined ,on this basis ,some main factors were discussed ,which would affect the microcapsule properties, by the orthogonal experiments. At last, the best experiment technology conditions were got. The relative hygroscopicity of samples were measured at two different relative humidity. Scanning electron microscope was used to demonstrate the superficial shape; measuring particle machine was used to survey the scope of microcapsule; the differential scanning calorimetry was used to explain the production of microcapsule; the effect of different technology regulations to controlled release at the surroundings of simulating gastric juice or intestines juice was got. The conclusion was that hygroscopic of HR mixture was obviously improved, the best technology was got and effect of slow disjunction was satisfied.
