The main works of the thesis are as follows:1. It stated the development, the separation mechanism and the uses of brush-type phases on the high performance liquid chromatography.2. Two chiral stationary phases, the N-Benzyloxycarbonyl-L-Phenylglycine-L-Phenylglycine-derived and the N-Benzyloxycarbonyl-L-Phenylglycine-L-Leucine derivatives, were synthesized and their slurries were packed into 250x4.6 mm I.D stainless-steel column of HPLC, respectively. The resolutions of some amino acids, racemic drugs and pesticides were carried out. The results show that two now columns have good separation factor and stability.3. The β-naproxen bonded with silica gels was packed into column and its chromatographic characeristic was investigated. The experiment indicated that the packed column has some advantages of separation.
