| The film, the ground film and the packing material occupy the very large comparison in plastic garbage. To replace them with film material with good degradability can alleviate the white pollution and the petroleum resource shortage.In this paper, the modified potato starch as matrix was combined with assistants such as water, PVA, glycerol to prepare starch film. The effects of cross-linking agent content and starch content on the mechanical behavior of starch film and the degradability was studied.The experiment showed that modified potato starch whose water-solubility was enhanced and easy to scatter about, PVA can be used as the framework of the starch film, the appropriate amount of glyoxal can improve mechanical performance of the film, The waterproof function of the film had a little improvement by adding polyglycol. Under usual condition, this starch film can substitute for partial packing material in mechanical behavior and keep behavior within a certain period. This is a kind of starch film having the prospect, benefit to environment and full degradation. |
