The different preparation methods of P- (4-hydroxyphenylethyl) alcohol were studied. P-tyrosol was prepared from p-bromophenol via hydroxyl protection, Grignard reaction and deprotection. The reagent of NaBtLt/Ia system was employed to deprotect allyl in p-allyloxy benzeneethanol. The intermediates were confirmed by IR1H-NMR. The qualitative analysis of p-tyrosol was performed by HPLC. The effects of various conditions to reaction such as temperature and time were studied. The optimum conditions were obtained through the orthogonal experiment. The reaction mechanisms were discussed. |
