In this paper, we studied the surface treatment of Phthalocynine Blue pigment. The surface treatment of Phthalocynine has been studied by use of four kinds Copper Phthalocynine derivative. The critical wetting surface tensions and the polar component of surface tensions decrease with the increasing of lengths of hydrocarbon chains of derivatives. The length of hydrocarbon chains has a slight effect on the dispersion component of surface tension; the distribution of size of the treated pigments move from big size to small one; and the fluidity of the treated pigments has been also improved. The dispersing stability of treated pigments has been improved greatly.
