Many gas reservoirs and condensate gas reservoirs is a lot of synthesis of the gas reservoir, The producing layer can be divided in alone mall layer in some circumstances .Under a well net the term for lowering the condensate oil to the formation damage, best method is to increase the production layer the number to namely control each gas formation respectively, can under the lower producing pressure-drop produce the same total output, then need to adopt the layering exploitation technique.This thesis studies the problem of condensate gas reservoirs exploitation of Qiu Dong that exsits under a well net, then determine to adopt the layering exploitation technique by the analysis. On the basis of steady-state theory, all of the mathematics models are set up for fluid flowing in the reservoir. Five kinds of pressure gradient correlation which are appropriate for condensate gas well are chosen for vertical flow, thinking of variety of phase state and variety of composition in wellbore. Wellbore temperature profile model in condensate gas well is deduced in which Joule-Thompson coefficient and quantity of heat from variety of phase state are considered. For the layering mined design to provide the valid means, solving all of these models simultaneously, establish to the suited procedure for inflow performance in the reservoir, the pressure distribute in wellbore , the temperature distribute in wellbore to compute.Chose the seventh well of Qiu Dong to proceed the layering exploitation technical design, for the layering exploitation to provide a kind of technique way of thinking with the method. Finally we draw some conclusion from the study.
