| The thesis carried out the study on control system of heating furnace in the first hot strip continuous mill, Wuhan Iron & Steel (Group) Company. Two of the main content are the development of slab positioning system before heating furnace & the optimization of heating curve.After the S5-115UCPU945 being replaced by S5-150U of Siemens Co, Germany, the initialization of digital position encoder IP241& the synchronization of the CPU carried out with two standard function modules FB156 & FB157. After the four pieces of CPU924-927 being replaced by present single CPU945, HDB between CPU & CP ,& the slab positioning program are modified to keep the new & old modules compatible. Through trial and spot debugging, run-in came through in September, 2003.Heating curve optimization based on the most optimization criterion of the least fuel consume, which will be the minimum value when the integral value of slab surface temperature to heating time is the minimum in the condition of presupposed heating time & heating scheme. At the same time, the flexible tolerance method was used to optimize the heating curve in the restrictive condition of temperature rising of slab surface, temperature difference the cross-section of slab after heating furnace & gas temperature.The optimization software for heating curve was written in VB programming language, & a more optimization heating curve was obtained to reduce the fuel consume. In addition, this optimization software is one part of constitute & property prediction system & can be used to predict the slab surface temperature during heating & the temperature different cross-section of slab after heating, which provides slab for the good heating quality & the prediction of constitute & property. |
