This paper researches the rule of drawing box with the multipoint Black-Holder force control to describe the method of Black-Holder force control in the experiment of drawing box. In order to propose an algorithm of synchronous and intelligence PID control system based on BP neural networks, the paper analyses the relationship between the controllable parameters and controllable rule in the plotting flange changing-blank holder. A method to adjust controllable parameter is integrated to accomplish the real-time system of plotting flange changing-blank holder. In the method, t he 1 east s quares m ethod w ith w eight i s applied. T he p aper researches t he synchronization control technology in the multipoint PID control system based on the BP neural networks.During the design of control system of the hydraulic press driver, to fulfill the request o f system c ontrol, guarantee the system dynamic stability and decrease the fees, the back-press control is adopted to adjust the BHF in the hydraulic press driver by researching the rule of Black-Holder force control.In addition, we design the structure of system, overall hydraulic control system, electric control system and monitor softer ware.
