Synthesis technologies of ammonium bifluoride were reviewed in the paper. A new synthesis technology of ammonium bifluoride by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) was studied, and the equipment of experiment was improved. In the optimization conditions, the vapor crystallization theory was applied to the process of vapor crystallization of ammonium bifluoride, and the suppose of the vapor crystallization model was put forward. 250℃ of the reaction temperature,80℃ of condenser temperature,0.75:2 of the ratio of NH3 and HF, 0.04 m3 · h-1 of ammonium gas flux and 0.6 m3 · h-1 of gas flux were confirmed as the optimization conditions by experiments. The purity of product can be 99.5%, and the size of product is uniform. The quality of product is good. It has important significance for our fluoride chemical to improve exploiture of new products and new technologies of fluoride chemical industry.
