Based on the APF method and nowadays advanced corrosion resistant alloys, six schemes are designed for Versatile Ni-base corrosion resistant Alloys, which are prepared by vacuum induction melting, manual electro- arc and vacuum self-consuming electro- arc furnaces, making a good melting result. Three melting methods are appraised. The melting loss proportion of alloy elements is analyzed. Alloys are solution treated throught various technology parameters, which are studied metallographically, then a rational parameter is propounded. In addition, a empirical solution treatment technology formula is concluded by theoretical diffusion analysis and microscopical study. Oxidized for 90 hours in 600 ℃, Alloys manifest a excellent oxidation resistance of at high temperature. Contrasted austenitic stainless steel lCrl8Ni9Ti , alloys have better anti-corrosion properties in many kinds of corrosive media, which showed alloys obviously have catholicity. Some top-priority schemes of versatile Ni-base corrosion resistant alloy are elevated by a systemical estimation. After solution treatment, the corrosion resistance is improved. As APF increases, the corrosion resistance in oxidizing medium is improved and in the reducing medium is weakened. The effects of alloy elements on corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance at high temperature are researched. In the paper, the major valence electron structures in Ni-base corrosion resistant Alloys have been given and analyzed by using the Empirical Electron Theory of Solid and Molecules (EET or Yu's theory). In addition, valence electron structure parameters of various structure units are calculated. From the level of valence structures, the solid solution s of alloy elements are analyzed and explained. In the end, the prospect of the research is showed.
