| This paper deeply researched the technics, equipments and control characteristic of MB 1600 Meltblown nowoven production line, aimed at the shortcomings and problems of national equipments hardware and software, puts forward a better control method used PLC as the control core, and follows the change of temperature and velocity completely.This paper mainly pays attention to two control center, the constant temperature control of 25 temperature reference points and the frequency conversion control of every transmission system, primarily cares one velocity to achieve constant pressure control, at the same time fully embodies the whole control system's characteristic. PLC combined with touch panel monitors the entire control system real-time, with satisfying interface and powerful functions. Multi-point temperature control system controls all reference points by PID auto-tuning strategy, with compact configuration and reliable stability, and overcomes all kinds of scarcities. Between PLC and inverter, applying communication technology replaces analog signals technology, which not only improves control accuracy, real-time quality, anti-jamming ability but also strengthens meshwork function. In this system, adopting PID control arithmetic accomplishes constant pressure control, with software anti-jamming and parameter tuning technology. In addition, for the pending change finished products, the system contains manual and automatic methods to choose, so avoids many unnecessary resource wastes and personnel hurts.No matter in lab or in production line, this control system gets better effect, meets the control precision of technics to a certain extent, and can steadily run in a long time. So the produce efficiency has been increased. |
