Moving Aim to resolve MBR technical problem about high cost and energy, a 500m3/day sewage project were designed and operated during our essay, with domestic product of hollow fiber PVDF membrane and process of aeration and aerobic immerged bioreactors. A control scheme was promised to less low longevity phase water cost. The technical practicability is sound and is a demonstration for home-made MBR technical maturity and generalization.In order to convenience to membrane estimate and Control, characterization of membrane performance is key to research. The norm analysis is by pressure vs. quality. Hollow fiber flow equation is developed, the membrane resistance constitute is analyzed, membrane lumen flow resistance(RL)'notion is originated then is verified by puried water test, the flow distribution along the fiber is showed in the different drain model, different setting mode, differ pollution> differ membrane size .It is suggested the membrane critic flux developed increasingly with fouling, step-up flux operation is developed . Which is an important theory for analysis and control for membrane fouling in design and operation.As to membrane fouling, aimed to the actual character of homemade membrane, a unique Designs and application on the system of aeration and washing is developed, rising up the washing efficiency and keep system low cost and effective run.On part of creature growth control, it is realized through optics microscope analyses, digital camera photo filming and the soft image disposing .In addition, oxygen consuming through the medium of know clearly dissolve oxygen instrument can quickly show the microbiology living good or not. Resolving the problem of water quality analyses relatively lag. This helps its development and generalization.Finally, on the bevel of technical economy ,the control key concept is proposed, which is relevance with overall aspects of a MBR project during longevity .including design and run longevity produce water cost in these experiment project is lower than 2.2 Y/m3.
