3,4,9, 10-perylenetetracarboxylic imide (PTC) is a type of important organic photoconductive material. In this paper , a novel compound poly-perylenetetracarboxylic imide was synthesized whose structure contains electron donor and acceptor units. It was prepared by reacting 3, 4, 9, 10-peryenetetracarboxylic dianhydride with aryl triamine. Its cyclic voltammtric properties and photoelectric properties were tested and it was used as dye-sensitizer to assemble dye-sensitized nanocrystalline TiO2 solar cell(NPC). The experimental results showed that the polymer had fine cavity transfer ability and photoelectric conversion efficiency.CdSe was prepared and compounded with TiO2 to better the properties of the TiO2 films. The adulteration of CdSe made the current of TiO2 film pole improved. The monochromatic incident photo-to-electron conversion efficiency(IPCE) and photoelectric conversion ratio were also increased.NPC cell is a new type of the photoelectrochemical solar cell. The results are significant on the fields of semiconductor optoelectrionics, nanoporous and solar cells.
