This article mainly includes five parts . First is literature summarize.It mainly introduces some information about coal-series kaolinte.In the second, the composing of Coal-Series Kaolinte is analyzed. The high quality coal-series kaolinte comes from HuaiBei.Thirdly, making use of orthogonality experiment investigates roast temperature , roast time and particulate size on the effect of taking off the silicon from the coal-series kaolinte reached the first-rank roast conditions.Alkali leaching process for the influence of desilication ratio of the coal-series kaolinte is studied by simple antitheses ,furthermore, two times alkali leaching process is studied in the fourth. The experimental ending indicates that the coal-series kaolinte can be achieved much higher desilication ratio and A/S by proper alkali leaching process. namely, the agitating velocity is 900r/min;the NaOH concentration is 150 g/l;the aids of a kind of silicon is added;the desilication has been dealed with for 90 minutes at 90℃~ 95℃ and L/S is 5ml/g.At last, the equation that the desilication ratio versus alkali leaching temperature is conclued by making use of least square method. The dynamics equation about the alkali leaching process for coal-series kaolinte is achieved.
