Anaerobic digestion is an effective way to treat Municipal Solid Waste (MSW). Through controlled artificially, anaerobic digestion can accelerate stability of organic MSW, make MSW no harmful, can also in this course produce biogas to get renewable energy, then realize the recycle treatment of the organic wastes. Treated with anaerobic digestion technology. MSW can be immediately disposal. Thus the pollution of the MSW also can be reduced to the maximum extent. Meanwhile, we can get very good economic benefits and enormous environmental benefit.Biogas (60% methane) produced in the anaerobic digestion course, has higher low location generating heating value, it is a kind of ideal gaseous fuel and biological energy after being purified. The biogas can be used as the automobile fuel, power resources (driving the air-blower, water pump, generator) and industrial chemicals (making CCl4; added nitrogen and oxygen, the biogas can synthesis the hydrocyanic acid, and then refined and esterification, can synthesis the lucite fat. In addition, it can be made into formaldehyde and methyl alcohol through oxidizing).But biogas that contains hydrogen sulfide can leads to the fact danger to environment and the human body. In our country there are strictly rules about concentration of hydrogen sulfide to environmental atmosphere: the supreme concentration of hydrogen sulfide can't exceed 0.01 mg/m3 in the resident environmental atmosphere; it can't exceed 10 mg/ m3 in the air of job site; it also can't exceed 20 mg/ m3 in the city gas. In order to prevent the danger that the hydrogen sulfide caused, we should remove the hydrogen sulfide among biogas before the biogas to be utilized. The purification of the biogas in fact means the purification of hydrogen sulfide.On the basis of learning the theory of absorption and researching results from domestic and international, this thesis is carrying out biogas purification experiment. We found: to 4# active carbon, the desulphurization efficiency is higher when having water in biogas than that in dry biogas; to 13X molecule sieve,the desulphurization efficiency is higher when no water in biogas than that in wet biogas; to the drenched active carbon, the desulphurization efficiency is higher than the background active carbon.After the biogas is dealt with through the desulphurization. there can be two kinds of uses: Some biogas is burn for heating the digesting device. The content of CH4 in biogas is 60-70% in the anaerobic digestion course. By 65% of average, we know that the heating value of 1 nr biogas is 23284.3 kJ/ nr\ which is equivalent to lkg coal or 0.7kg petrol; other parts are used for generating electricity. 1 m? biogas can generate electricity about 1.25 degrees.
