Hjy-012 Five Meters Laser Ball Screw (deputy) Dynamic Measurement System Design

Combining with the engineering project "Technic reconstruction of dynamic measuring system based on dual-band laser for 5m ball screws in Shanxi HanJiang Tools Company", the author reforms the existing 5m-ball screw dynamic measuring instrument in order to implement the dynamic measuring of the comprehensive error and precision , so that the system can fulfil the requests of product quality inspection , control and management in factories.The author carries out the dynamic measuring of ball screws employing the principle of comparing the absolute values of synchronous displacements . The angles are measured by an orbicular raster and lengths by Renishaw dual-band laser measuring system which has a wide measurement range and a high precision . The Renishaw laser system has a compention unit that can complete varieties of compentions.The speed-control mode of AC servo motor is applied in the control system of the principal axis and a motion controller is chosen as the controller of servo system ,so that it's convenient to realize the control of servo motor.In error evaluation of ball screws, least square method is adopted to calculate regression coefficients and lead errors. An optimal algorithm which has a high speed and a high precision is presented .The software of measuring and control system is developed in this paper , which makes the measuring process completed automatically and intelligently .The inspection rules of dynamic measuring instruments for ball screws are also established in this paper . Dynamic measurement is completed on the system, and the reseluts are analyzed statistically according to the rules .The dynamic measuring system based on dual-band laser for 5m-ball screw that designed in this paper is on the top of the relative field in nation wide .
