The study on capability of decolorization of Phanerochaete chrysosporium to dye under condition of the shallow static culture was carried out. The basic parameters of decolorization to Malachite green using Phanerochaete chrysosporium were confined, including the time of cultivation, buffer solutions, oxygen concentration and the cool storage time of mycelial pellets. In repeated-batch mode, the feasibility of decolorization activity of Phanerochaete chrysosporium and the effect of the amount of pellets and dye concentration were investigated. The effect of glucose concentration was also tested in repeated-batch mode. After domestication, the percent of decolorization to Safranine T increased from 36% to 89% in six days. Mutation breeding of Phanerochaete chrysosporium by UV-light and nitrite was investigated, and the capability of decolorization to Safranine T and dye of high concentration after induced mutation was tested. . The basic parameters of decolorization using highly efficient degradation bacteria were confined, including the time of cultivation , temperature and pH. The experiments showed that the time of enzyme production reduced from 5 days to 3 days, but the range of temperature and pH were almost not changed after Phanerochaete chrysosporium was induced.
